An employer should not discourage the employee to keep his firearm inside the vehicle even if it is parked on the employer’s premises, as long as he has a valid carry permit and the firearm is kept in a container inside the vehicle not visible for others.
However, this subsection does not allow the employee to carry his firearm in an establishment that legally prohibits weapons.
