Additional Information and Airport Requirements

The state of North Dakota does not allow carrying of firearms in public buildings. Airport terminals that are public-owned shall be considered off limits. Carrying in parking lots of airports is allowed.

There is no set time period for the validity of training in North Dakota, and there are no laws mentioning the time period to establish an individual’s residency.

The minimum age required to obtain a carry permit is 18 years old.
