The following are other guidelines regarding carrying with the State of Alaska:
• It is permissible per admin rule 17.42.065 to carry in an airport parking lot. This rule spells out specific instructions for airport terminals
• Training is valid for 12 months
• Alaska requires residents to be in state 90 days for a residency classification
• Permit holders must be at least 21 years old
• License information is consider public information
• Statutes for Reciprocity AS.18.65.748
• Firearms laws are 18.65.700 through .870 and 11.61.190 through .220
• No laws found for body armor restrictions
• Firearms can be carried for self-defense while hunting
